Im Laufe der Jahre gab es viele Nachahmer, doch keine Kopie reichte an das Original heran. Friedel Drautzburg und Harald Grunert sind inzwischen selbst bekannte Persönlichkeiten geworden. Das von ihnen entwickelte Gastro-Konzept Ständige Vertretung® (StäV®) bauten sie als Lizenz für „Zweigstellen der politischen Gastronomie“ auf. Inzwischen wurden in Landeshauptstädten wie Hannover und Bremen StäV®s gegründet, ebenso auf dem Köln Bonn Airport und am Rudolfplatz in Köln. Und irgendwann wird wohl auch auf dem Großflughafen Berlin-Brandenburg (BER) eine StäV® eröffnet. Weitere StäV®s sind geplant: In vielen Städten werden entsprechende Lokalitäten und geeignete Betreiber gesucht.
Over the past years, there have been many attempts to copy the StäV®. None of them has been a match to the original. Drautzburg and Grunert themselves have become well-known figures. Today, their concept of the StäV® has developed into a licence for "branches of political gastronomy". So far, StäV® branches have been established in the state capitals of Hanover and Bremen, also at the Cologne Bonn Airport and in the city of Cologne, on Rudolfplatz. Soon, a second StäV® will open in Berlin at the major airport Berlin-Brandenburg (BER). This is just the beginning of a whole series of new StäV®s: In many other cities, appropriate localities and apt licensees are being sought.
